We’re equally committed to ensuring that everyone we employ demonstrates ethics and integrity. All staff is subjected to a criminal record, Cogent background check as required by state guidelines. Additionally, all staff must meet or exceed the Department of Behavioral Health Developmental Disability (DBHDD) standards and state regulatory guidelines. Staffs maintains continuous quality service by staying current on training as required by the state and have First Aide, CPR, AED and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention/ CPI certifications.
